Lookbook: Flower Power

I have been in love with flowery dresses all summer long but I didn't have one in my closet that I loved so I searched and searched but found nothing so I kinda gave up looking. I spotted this dress when I was at Forever 21 buying some jewelry as I walked up to the cashier. It wasn't even on a rack with other dresses, it was just sitting there randomly by itself. It happened to be my size so I just bought it and hoped it fit. Luckily it did! It's always funny how when you want to find something you can never find it and then when you're not even looking you find it.

What I'm Wearing:
Dress: Forever 21 (belt came with the dress)
Blazer: Eryn Brinie
Shoes: Miu Miu

I adore the fit and the little bit of the poof of the skirt. It is such a fun girly dress. I'm looking forward to adding tights and a sweater to layer over it for the fall.

I wore the white blazer as I love the look of blazers and dresses and added the pink shoes for a colorful touch. Oh and we found a new background! This wall used to be white and then when I saw that they were painting it blue I immediately thought of using it for my lookbook!

I apologize for my lack of commenting on your blogs this week and my slow email response. We are implementing a new HR system at my company and I've been in meetings all week which has kept me away from my computer. When I get a chance to be on the computer I've been trying to keep up with our style.ish posts. Which btw, please go and check out our latest wedding. Also, because of my busy week I have yet to pick a winner for my blogiversary giveaway.
