Happy Turkey Day!

Our first married Thanksgiving! We have always gone to my parents house for Thanksgiving so this wasn't something new, but I did actually make something which was a first! Big news for me since I'm not much of a cook.

The turkey... J loves dark meat so this turkey leg was all his.

My mom pulled out her china including these coffee cups which we all thought were amusing because nobody was planning on having coffee.

Oh look! it's me and my very first attempt at making stuffing! It was a hit!
Direct quote from little brother "the stuffing was bomb"

They were sad that mom and dad said no to their begging eyes.

No pictures during the meal. Who likes eating pictures anyway?

And for dessert? Pies! Yummy!

Hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving and got to spend time with your loved ones!
