I can use my work laptop (or my husbands Mac) but it's so much easier to do everything on my Macbook so I will be responding to e-mails but posting is going to be light until everything gets fixed.
For now, here are some pictures from New York. As I am a Louis Vuitton lover I could not resist taking pictures of the window displays. I did not buy any of these as the fluorescent is not really my style, but they are still pretty to look at.

I also wanted to thank Emily for featuring me on her blog! Emily, you are such a darling, big kisses to you! Go visit Modestly Chic for great posts on how to be stylish without sacrificing modesty. Something that I highly live by!

LV has the most interesting window this season. although i am not a big fan of the graffiti collection, they are still quite dramatic.
ReplyDeleteahhh gorgeous!!! agreed, neon is not up my alley but i certainly appreciate these fun pics :-)
ReplyDeleteI just discovered your blog - how fantastic! It looks like you had such a great time in New York, I'm absolutely jealous!
ReplyDeleteKeep up your great work, I'm definitely linking you to stay updated.
Cheers from Seattle,
Emerald Dandy
So sorry to hear about your Macbook. That is my biggest problem with Macs... I use one for work, and a PC at home. And while the Mac is slowly growing on me in terms of ease of use, everyone I know with a Mac (and all the Macs in the lab) just one day, up and die with NO WARNING and everyone loses all their data. At least with a PC, they start functioning slower and slower, or something goes askew, and it's like a giant flashing warning to BACK EVERYTHING UP ASAP!
ReplyDeleteI'm actually quite terrified that one day my work computer is going to crash on me and I'm going to lose everything and until Apple finds a way to fix this major problems, I think I'll have to stick with PC at home.
Hope you are able to recover everything from your hard drive!
Can't wait to see more from NY...have a great weekend!!
ReplyDeleteOh no...computer problems are such a pain in the butt!
ReplyDeleteNice window display, seems like you had an awesome time in NY. Will check the pics from the engagement in a bit.
ReplyDeletei saw that window display too at the louis by me. i stood their gawking for a minute too...
ReplyDeleteNot a big fan of anything Neon =) NY on the other hand is a city I will never get tired off. Great pics and looking forward to more...
ReplyDeleteThe same thing happened to my Macbook a few months ago. Our backup drive was corrupted and I lost all my data. Oh well, you live you learn, right!? Sounds like you're coping well, hope everything is back up and running soon. Happy Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteI've had an ibook since 2001 and its hard drive still hasn't failed, but after a year and a half of having my MacBook my hard drive also died. I think there's a bigger issue with these that Mac needs to take note of!
ReplyDeleteThat's a scary, scary computer error. I pray that I never see that one.
ReplyDeleteI too not a fan of those bags but the colors are bright! Sorry about your computer; hope J gets it back to normal soon!
ReplyDeleteI miss NYC and all th fab window displays.
ReplyDeleteNot feeling the colors either but I love seeing whats out there.
Thank you for your sweet comment! I think the zipper is going to win this battle ugh!
I hope your computer feels better!!
Fabulous photos, darling!
ReplyDeleteHope both you and your computer feel better asap!
