Guest Lookbook: Femme Rationale

Since everyone loves lookbooks, I've invited a few fashion bloggers to share their looks here while I am away. My first guest lookbook for the week is the always gorgeous Nina from Femme Rationale. I found Nina's blog a few months ago and she's been one of my favorite bloggers ever since. I just adore her style. Thanks so much Nina!

Imagine my surprise when Tiffany asked me to be a guest blogger on her site while her and J were livin' it up in Cabo, Mexico. Not only was I extremely flattered, but I was so excited to be a part of I am Style-ish and do a Lookbook post. Although our styles differ, I love (and slightly envy) how Tiffany always looks so put together and chic. Not to mention feminine, which is not a look that comes naturally to me. But what I really admire about her and the outfits she puts together is how she always looks classy.

So in honor of this special occasion, I wanted to share an outfit that's a bit more put together and "girlier" than what my readers are used to seeing me in. I wore this last weekend to go out on a dinner date with FM. And although the satin-y fabric and the full skirt screams "I'm a girl", the exposed back zipper, studded belt, and faux fur jacket all say "But I can still kick your butt...even in 4-inch heels".

It is lovely being a girl, isn't it? ;)
