Why is today special?
My husband and I had a fun day getting more stuff to decorate our place! Mainly frames so we can put up the prints and photographs we recently ordered.

Worry less and live for the moment.
What's for dinner today?
I made a beef pot roast in the slow cooker. I modified a recipe from this book. If you are like me and have no time to make stuff from scratch, I highly recommend the Semi-Homemade Cooking books by Sandra Lee! Everything I have made from her books has been delicious, and it's fast! Oh and then I made french green beans with roasted almonds because you always need some kind of vegetables for dinner.

Our recycling bin is crazy full right now. We need to take it to the recycling room. =)

Japanese so I can teach our kids both Japanese and Taiwanese.
(my husband is Japanese but does not speak it. I speak Taiwanese fluently.)

A lot. I have many many pages of stamps in my passport!
