ReplyDeletei love my dsi - my sister gave it to me a couple months ago and its been in my purse ever since. Im a sucker for cooking mama & gardening mama...=P and the ones where you have to search for hidden things...such a geek i am.
did you wear your fabulous Little Miss Diors???
Now i feel like a loser with the old Nintendo DS.. Lol.
ReplyDelete:)
I guess its okay.. I don't really play with it anymore anyway
How cool! I've not been much of a gamer since my Super Mario Bros 3 days but lately I've been so intrigued by these brain fitness type games. Glad to hear you and your girlies had such a great time!
ReplyDeleteYou are so lucky! This sounds like the funnest, most chic party EVER. Suppppper jealous! :)
ReplyDeleteOMG I'm into the same puzzle/mind games that you are.. and one of the best games I've found was Professor Layton and the Curious Village. You need to play that on the DS because it's SO awesome and totally addicting!
ReplyDeleteHOW FUN!! I actually work IN the gaming industry (advertising), and I'm literally one of the few girls working on the agency side. Of course every guy wishes they had my job (especially my BF) because there are definite perks to it that he enjoys that I skip (e.g. Sports games, yuck).
ReplyDeleteGlad you had an amazing time, it's definitely time that girls show the guys that we too can play games!! =)
Ha, sounds like such a cute idea!! Definitely shows that girls can get down and be like one of the guys!

Justine emailed me too, and to be honest at first I thought it was a scam so I never looked into it too much... but, glad it worked out for you and it looks like you had a good time!
ReplyDeleteLove your outfit and ring:) I never knew this gaming system was so much fun- like you, my brother always beat me in the games and I would give up...but this looks a lot more interesting- will have to check it out:)
ReplyDeleteAwww so fun! I wish Kel and A and I could have come but I'm glad you had drinks for us! :) You and all your girls look gorgeous!! XO
ReplyDeleteOMG, how brilliant. Such a great idea. I've been thinking of getting a dsi, I think this is the encouragement I need. My bro is a huge gamer. He lets me watch him play and when I ask if I can play, he says no, lol.
ReplyDeleteHow fun! A hand held Tetris game and Wii Fit are as far as I go in the gaming world. But...if I did have a DSi I might be into it??
ReplyDeleteI cannot believe that you all got one...what a score!!
oh wow! that looks like such a great time! so much fun!
ReplyDeletewhat a fun looking night! it sounds great.
ReplyDeleteI love all the pictures from the party! It looks like you gals had a blast; wish I could have been there! PS - the dress and shoes you were wearing are fantastic!
ReplyDeleteThat is so cool! You're a lucky gal!!! I'm naturally a very competitive person when it comes to games....I was the same way with my younger brother, and I wonder why he's mean to me now? lol
ReplyDeleteI've been contemplating getting one for so long. Carrie Underwood had such a fun pink color in the ad she did a while back.
Ooooh this seems like so much fun!!
ReplyDeleteYour dress is really cute!
Looks awesome!! I would have love to be there since I love video games too!! And dressing up too! Weird combo but for us gals, it's just perfect, ain't it?
ReplyDeleteok, this is the COOLEST job ever!!!!! looks like so much fun!!! how can I do this in NY??
ReplyDeleteWow, looks like you girls had a GREAT time! I wish I had a Nintendo DS!! I've been wanting one for sooo long now. :(
ReplyDeletethis looks like it was so much fun!!!!! we are such video game nerds (we have a ps3, 360, and a wii!!). Thanks for sharing and congrats for getting the job!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cool party, looks like you guys had tons of fun and I lol'd at you drinking all the bubbly ;)
ReplyDeleteHow fun! I wish I was your friend so I could have gotten one, haha. I have a DS (which I mostly bought because I'll buy any pink electronics) but I'm trying to convince my boyfriend to get a DSi so that I can steal it from him... and beat him at mario kart.
ReplyDeleteamazing!! I love that they threw you a party so your friends could all check it out--I want one!!! Gorgeous dress, by the way :-)
