Top: Banana Republic
Skirt: Wilfred (from Aritzia)
Shoes: Christian Louboutin

I saw these pictures of Victoria Beckham in Us Weekly wearing my same shoes (and several readers pointed it out to me as well, thank you!!) and loved how she paired it with this gray dress (from her line) as I could actually see myself wearing something like this to the office and it would be still be work appropriate.

Oh you look fabulous in these! No wonder men are stopping you! And VB, I love her! Who else would wear skyhigh Loubs to sit on a swing??? Love it!
ReplyDeleteI think it totally worked! Not stripperish AT ALL haha!
ReplyDeleteLove that you get stopped by men on the street...something about a perfect shoe!
VB is just perfect. Like you! XO
TOTALLY fine! As long as your outfit isn't stripper ;) super high heels are never a bad thing for work. You look fabulous!
ReplyDeletethey are so fabulous and posh's outfit is perfect for work! you look fab in your outfit too, there are many ways for you to be able to rock those bad boys!
ReplyDeleteFab shoes!!!!....it works with the outfit...not at all stripperish....very classy!
ReplyDeletefab! fab! fab! both outfit and shoes! It worked for me =). Love Victoria's dress too!
ReplyDeleteUm, yeah. That dude had it right. They're awesome. And I think your outfit totally works!
ReplyDeletebe quiet: the outfit was adorable. Pretty much anything you wear with those heavenly shoes will be great. I'd love to see them dressed down with a skinny jean and jacket and cool headband! Can you tell I want you to be my dolly?
ReplyDeleteOMG those shoes!!! *massive salivation*
ReplyDeleteYou make me feel like buying something sky high too...and then wearing it 2x a year...but *WEARING* it neverthless! :)) They are lovely & I love your classy & feminine style :)
Victoria is a great fashion icon- she has impeccable style!! She is my favorite celeb. Those shoes are goooooorgeous! I think they look just fine with your outfit, you aren't wearing them with a super short skirt so stripper-ish is out of the question! Just rock them, like you always do :)
ReplyDeleteThe shoes are to die for and I really like them with that outfit. I think they would look amazing with a black belted shirt dress. Can't wait to see the many ways you find to wear them!

I would have worn them to work in my corporate days, and my last job was at a bank, so I say go for it.
ReplyDeleteyour shoes are so gorgeous! one day I will own a pair
ReplyDeleteI think you struck a balance. Because of the flowy blouse you aren't showing too much on top so it's perfectly fine to show a little high heel leg. I think Mrs. Beckham pulls it off right too, because her dress is past the knee. Nothing too sexy about that!
ReplyDeleteI'd stop you too,'cause those shoes are fabulous like the rest of the outfit!
ReplyDeleteI think you did great actually! it's not stripperish at all! love the shoes!
ReplyDeleteI'm planning to get a pair of louboutins soon, and a pair of manolo's and choo's hahaha!
Maybe in october, when I'll be in NYC!
*loves*
I think you look great. Your outfit is very cute, but I reckon those shoes would have made any outfit amazing.
ReplyDeleteabsolutely amazing shoes!!!
ReplyDeleteI'd like to see the shoes paired with your white blazer [You did have one in a different Lookbook right?] and a skirt. I think that'd be work appropriate!
ReplyDeleteAnd...how could a red-blooded male NOT stop you in those shoes?
I think you should have tucked the top into the skirt, because the proportion looks off and makes the outfit a bit frumpy and shapeless. Generally, I don't think that sort of top goes with a skirt, though; it would look great with slim fitting pants. However, I think those shoes could definitely wbe ork appropriate, probably best with a skirt or dress that goes below the knee like Victoria is wearing in the pictures. Lovely shoes.
ReplyDeleteI think your outfit is very work appropriate!!
ReplyDeleteyou look great! Love the shoes! TOTALLY work appropriate! :) Hope you had a great weekend!
ReplyDeletethose shoes are ridiculously amazing! i would wear em every where... hehe.
ReplyDeleteTiffany, looks lovely on you! I am a person that cannot do heels, so it always amazes me. I think it looks work appropriate!
ReplyDeleteAw don't be silly, you look great and that outfit is totally work appropriate. I think it's all about how you incorporate it, and utilizing more conservative items with those heels is a wise choice.
ReplyDeletehahah that photo of Posh on the swing is hilarious. She looks way too over dressed for a swing.
Whoa. Whoa whoa whoa. THOSE SHOES. ARE INSANE. SO INSANE. THEY MAKE ME TALK. IN SHORT SENTENCES. BECAUSE I AM GASPING. FOR AIR.
ReplyDeleteNEEEEEED.
These are definitely one of your most drool-worthy heels! Amazing! I'd love to wear those shoes to work, but I'm not sure how safe they would be on our freshly waxed floors! But if Posh can wear them while on a swing, who knows... ;)
ReplyDeleteI want your shoes:), I love Christian Louboutins....Gorgeous!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteLooks fab! I have a quick question for you regarding your louboutins - do you wear them out before replacing your soles? -Jen
ReplyDeleteWow, those heels are awesome! They look great on you! Can't wait to see what you pair them with next. :)
ReplyDeleteoh those new loubs are SMOKIN'!
ReplyDeleteStripper-ish? Hardly
ReplyDeleteThe ish? Most definitely.
Also, that old NBC special featuring Victoria Beckham forever changed my view on her. She is awesome.
You look great!
ReplyDeleteSwings are fab :)
I think they would look hot with a high waist skirt that is below the knee like Victoria is wearing~! A slim silhouette that looks even longer with your super high heels~! ;-)
ReplyDeleteI think you are wearing those shoes well. the outfit looks absolutely work appropriate.
ReplyDeleteForever21 has a similar gray dress if anyone is interested.
