I loved her last question about which style rules I love to break. I have always been against the "no white after Labor Day rule" I will still be wearing white! And on that note, check out these lovely pieces from The White Dress Shop that I would totally rock year round.

I don't follow that rule either. White is just such a classy color and it goes with everything. I love the skirt and the coat!

I have wanted a a white or cream coat for the past few years. I'm going to purchase on this year. As a coffee afficianda (!!) I'm careful with my white! I'm going to wear a white and black dress tomorrow, so I guess I'm not following the 'rule' either!
i'm wearing white pants today! incidentally with grey colors -- so it looks great. but i know eventually i will have to buy new white pants. they don't last that long-- the color gets drab pretty quickly.

I'm all about white after labor day. That's like saying you can't wear green after St. Patrick's Day. It's absurd!
LOVE that coat. I need a good trench... <3 (Don't think my white shirt counts though, I'm definitely not styling in an oversized car shirt and super old tattered jeans... Ha. Being a fashionista everyday is too much for me!)

The white coat is cute. It made me think of a girl who used to sit in front of me in Spanish class in college. She had very blonde hair and a long, white cashmere coat. I used to think she must be very rich to be able to maintain and care for those two items as a student.

After labor day we always have about 2 or 3 weeks of HOT weather here in Chicago. By hot, I mean in the 80s so I definitely still wear white! I am in LOVE WITH THAT COAT!
