Lookbook: Over the knee boots

I was on a quest for over the knee boots and am happy that I have finally found them! I decided to do flat over the knee boots as the line between hot over the knee boots and hooker over the knee boots is pretty slim and I'm just not ready to take that risk. However, if I had super long legs, I would totally get these over the knee boots. Now those are hot (if not a bit hookerish. ha!)

What I'm Wearing:
Sweater: Mango
Top: H&M
Skirt: Aritzia
Tights: DKNY
Boots: Enzo Angiolini

I love being able to wear skirts in the winter and stay relatively warm with these boots. As you can see they are not extremely over the knee but they hit just above it, which for my height and my shorty legs, is perfect.

They have these boots in gray too which I might have to get. At $120, they are totally affordable (at least in my book). The one thing that bugs me are those leather strings in the back. They don't exactly stay tied so then they end up whipping me in the legs as I walk. Ouch! I need to cut them down which I think will help fix the problem.

You can roll the top down too if you don't want the over the knee boot. Either way, I think they are cute, oh and very comfortable! I've had a few comments/emails about finding boots to fit over calves and I think that these ones are pretty roomy. I don't think my calves are big, but I also know that they aren't tiny and I have plenty of room when I slip my leg in. I think even if you have bigger calves you'd be able to slip into these comfortably.

Is it just me or don't they look better on?

Mine don't scrunch just at that one spot, they are kinda scrunchy all over the boot so ignore this horrible picture and trust me when I say they are cute. :)

I decided to put together a new thing for my lookbooks, basically a "shop my lookbook." Some of the things will be what I'm wearing, some of my older items that are no longer in stores I will pick out similar items. That way if you are interested in any piece that I'm wearing, you can actually buy it!
