Style-ish Steals: Vests

Since I’m on a bit of a vest kick I thought I’d look for some more vests to add to my wardrobe.

Under $50

love how this one is drapey in the front. perfect with skinny jeans.

Brandy & Melville O Vest

love the idea of putting a shiny vest over a LBD

Kookai Denim Waistcoat

a faux fur vest a la Rachel Zoe (but much cheaper!)

Belted Chenille Vest

fabulous sparkles

Liv Rhinestone Vest

I like these kinds of sweater vests, it totally gives a different feel over a plain button down.

Express Houndstooth V-Neck Sweater Vest

Under $100

the studs on this vest give just the right touch and I love the color too.

Fluxus Ribbed Vest – Oat

love how this one has pockets in the front!

Mike & Chris Sedona cotton-blend vest

This vest can be dressed up or down and look great both ways.

MK2K Vest

Similar to my J.Crew one. The stripes are fun to add on top of a basic solid tee.

Heartloom Vestry Vest

The Style-ish UN-Steal:

love this and it’s not cheap but it IS on sale!

Alice + Olivia Asymmetrical Knit Vest

okay one more, but look, so pretty!

Alice + Olivia Sequin Cascade Vest

On another note, I’ve really enjoyed the questions that I’ve been getting. Keep them coming and check out what others have asked me!

Also a big big thank you to everyone who has generously donated and spread the word about Billy’s Birthday Mission in helping out the Haiti earthquake relief. He has now raised almost $8,000! Please read my post to learn how you can donate and get a print or a photo session with me and my husband. Kevin Wong, a fabulous wedding photographer, (and who took these beautiful pictures of me and J) has offered up a wedding package for a $1,000 donation which in itself is an incredible deal but you will also be doing so much to help out Haiti. Please visit his website for the details.

I love that first one and the last two alice and olivia ones!!

I also have something similar to that sweater vest from express (mines argyle, not houndstooth, but same concept) and it really is a great way to add some interest to a plain button down.

YES, I'm loving the drapey, softer styles that look more like perfectly draped scarves. I picked up a sparkly button-down sweater vest the other week and this post has inspired me to wear it ASAP!

I love all these type of vests! My only concern is that at times they make me even look shorter. *sad face*
