I don't know what I did before Over-The-Knee boots. I love them! They are my go-to when I want to wear dresses and tights but it's still chilly out. These gray ones I got in Hong Kong are not the most comfortable but I haven't been able to find any here that fit me as nice as these ones do.
Blazer: LaRok
Dress: Forever 21
Skirt: H&M
Boots: from Hong Kong

Oh and my hair? I literally just got out of the shower and blow dried it but it was still a little wet. That's why it's looking a little bit flat. Gross. So now you see why I spend so much time on my hair! :)
Shop the Lookbook:
I love the ruffles on the bottom of this jacket!
I really want a sequin blazer, so so badly and I love the strong shoulders of this one.
Forever 21 has the fastest turnover for clothes on their website. I just bought my top at the store but couldn't find it on the website. This plaid is cute and has a bit of a similar shape.
But I also love the colors of this one and it would work similarly to my top.
I love the look of these banded skirts. Always great to have a variety of slim skirts to wear underneath too short dresses.
Cheaper version here or and even cheaper here.
These look SUPER tall, so if you are a shorty like me, these might be too tall.
These Steve Maddens are a pretty good alternative. I'm a fan of flat OTK boots too.

Bow Necklace by Kate Gray Designs
I didn't end up wearing a necklace that day but if I did, it would've been something like this bow necklace. Isn't it pretty? In love with everything from her shop. I just bought the most gorgeous bracelet... can't wait to get it and show you guys!

I love getting boots in Asia even though sometimes it's not as comfortable, but it seems to fit oh so perfectly! Love the color of yours!
I love this outfit. And I don't think your hair looks flat, I think it looks lovely! Goes nicely with the print dress/tunic . . . at least to me it does. And not quite sure why. :)
I just love how that tunic/dress? looks over the red skirt. And I like the larger photo - not in your face, just more clarity : )
And thanks for the tip on Soia and Kyo - I'm loving the gray version of that coat - I don't think yours has appeared in a lookbook post yet!
Love those boots! I'm such a sucker for grey.
I really just cannot live without OTK boots! I love that gray pair. Your outfit is soo super chic- love your choice of colors and patterns, balanced out by the gray boots, it makes for an amazing look!
omg that dress is amazing!!
this look is stunning!
I still have a pair of boot from Hong Kong from over 3 years ago. I lo e the closer-up pic of you Tiffany! Don't be scared! The details pf what you're wearing are more visible and I think I'd love to have that soft wavy hair like yours.

i love the belted dress and those gray boots are adorable!
Gorgeous outfit! Not only do I love the boots, but I love the dress-over-the-skirt idea as well.
Looking so stylish as usual. I love the ruffle back jacket. So cute.
You look great! So funny, I went to F21 yesterday with some money to burn and just walked around, getting overwhelmed with all the STUFF-good and bad-and just didn't have the energy for it all, I was going insane, so I left and went to other stores. Meaning-I TOTALLY know what you mean lol. Those boots are SO perfect, and the dress I LOVE! I'm going to go see if I can find it...
TIFF your hair looks gorgeous, srsly. I like you in our faces! lol
I was just about to say that your hair looks really cute today! not flat at all :)
Ooo Tiffany I love this look on you. I agree with F21 dresses, a lot of them are quite short. I love how you paired yours with a mini.. you very own peplum! LOVE IT!
xx Love & Aloha
Love OTK boots! I bought a gray pair this past fall and was obsessed with them.
omg i love the f21 dress. the print is so cute :) i'm the same way with shopping there!
So many great things going on here. I'm inspired to try OTK boots now, even though I've been afraid of them in the past. I also love the idea of the slim skirt under a super short dress. Definitely trying that soon.
so pretty!!! I love this outfit and makeup =)
I often wear my otk boots without tights...they're warm enough!
I like how you put the skirt underneath.
It looks so good that way.
I think your hair looks great !
You attack F21 the exact same way I do. :) I love that dress/tunic. The print is so cute.
Oh my this outfit has to be a favourite of mine! (: i've been following your blog for awhile and i couldn't resist commenting on this look. Love, love, love the pop of bold colour of the skirt under!
This is one of my fave looks of yours! And such a great tip about the skirts. F21's dresses are always so short.
Haha yes, F21 can get a little daunting at times - it's just too big!! This dress though is super cute and I like your hair here actually; it's different than your usual look and it fits the cute, casual vibe of the rest of your outfit.
I agree your hair looks great! I wish my hair dried like that. The whole outfit is tooo cute, like always
You are all sorts of cute! Love this outfit, I would have never thought of adding a skirt under the dress, you're so creative! I always love the fact you add links to match the look, you're just plain awesome! Plus, I love the bigger picture, sooo not in my face, just beautiful!
great look! I am loving those shoes.
I love the outfit, especially those gorgeous boots!
this was put together fabulously!
