Lookbook: See by Chloe

So you saw a preview of this outfit last week and now finally the full lookbook! Oh and it’s the debut of the newest Louboutins (actually hubs just bought me a pair last week so I guess this is the newest pair before that one. LOL) Also, I’m posting lookbooks out of order so you’ll still see some that I took before my haircut. Obviously, I went with the big hair look this day. That’s the beauty of having so much hair, you can make it look as big as you want! 🙂

What I’m Wearing:
Blazer: Forever 21
Dress: See by Chloe
Shoes: Christian Louboutin

The moment I put this dress on, it was an instant favorite. The fit, the cut, the ruffles and the stripes. It goes along with the nautical trend that’s everywhere now except girly-fied. So perfect. And it’s got pockets! Love a dress with pockets. I paired it with my Forever 21 linen blazer as I wanted a little bit of a color mix and love the light pink with the stripes. This outfit just goes to a show that a mix of high end + low end can work really well if you just put the right pieces together.

The shoes, the shoes! Let’s talk about these nude pumps because I am in love with them. Not only do they elongate my short little legs, they match every outfit! If you’ve ever thought about getting a pair of nude pumps but haven’t yet, let this lookbook be the one that helps you decide. 🙂 They are just a must for every woman’s closet! If you are wondering, these are the Louboutin Simple 100 pumps. You know how I usually say Louboutins are truly uncomfortable? Well, these are the exceptions. I’ve been wearing them out a lot lately and even shopping for hours and they are still comfy. I kind of want to wear them every single day!

Shop the Lookbook:

Rugby Pink Doeskin Wool Jacket
Pink blazer with pink piping? Adorable.

$33 for this pink boyfriend style blazer!

See by Chloe ruffle neck jersey dress
(if you are wondering what size to get, I ordered the size 38 and it fits perfect on me)

Not quite the same but cute nonetheless and much cheaper! This one is quite similar, adorable with the ruffles at the bottom.

Christian Louboutin Simple 70 Pumps
Shorter version of my pumps

Max Studio Marais Pump
These are a great “look for less” at $90!

Last day to enter my $250 shopping spree giveaway!

That dress looks darling on you Tiffany! I have been looking for nude pumps, but haven't found one that is the right shade, right price, and right fit yet. It's on a "classic" list of things to find.

The nude pumps look wonderful on you! Would you mind telling me where you got them? I am in Seattle too and want to try some on but they only ever have the black simple 100s in store. I want to try them out first before before online. Are they patent or regs leather? Thanks!!

Whoa whoa whoa. Are you saying Louboutin's are NOT comfortable!? I've never heard you say that (have I not been following long enough!? WTF!) and am shocked. Clearly, as someone who has never tried them/owned them (but really would like to 😉 I have no idea… but I figured they'd be super comfortable … my dreams… are shattered! 😉

furry_feline – they are from Barney's but I bought them online. These are patent leather. I haven't seen these in the stores either which is why I ended up buying them online.

I am new to your blog and enjoy it quite a bit, however, after seeing those Louboutin's that I have been wanting for years, I finally bit the dust and bought them – easy heel to wear and that gorgeous nude color. I hope they are worth every penny. It would be great if you could give some tips on the wear, care, and fit of some of these great shoes. Thanks!

    Hi Tiffany,

I just stumbled across your blog recently and I love love love your taste in shoes. May I ask what size did you buy these shoes in? I'm debating whether if I should get a 4.5 or 5. How do they fit? Thanks so much!

  • tiffany2stylish
    August 11, 2010 at 11:06 pm

Hi Trini – thank you! I bought a size 5. they are true to size and they don't stretch.

Thank you so much for your quick reply! Size 5 is usually a tad big for me, my heels keep sliding out so i pulled the plug and ordered a 4.5!
