Anyway, during my beach vacations I usually like to wear lots of summery dresses as they are so easy to just toss on over your bikini and walk out the door but this time I took a few of my rompers and decided that they are my new favorite thing to wear. They just look so darn cute and are a totally effortless outfit. When you're in a hot location, the last thing you want to do is to fuss around with your outfit so rompers come in handy as you look great but stay cool too. I came home and decided I needed a few more for this summer. Take a look at the ones I found!

A romper is sort of like wearing a one piece swimsuit. Looks cute on, but when you have to pee it's such a pain!
ReplyDeleteI love rompers too!! (even jumpsuits)... they're so fun and you can't help but feel giddy and childlike in a romper... I know it's a pain when you have to go to the restroom, but the cuteness is soooo worth it! :)

My friend and I went on the hunt for rompers last summer. I found mine at Urban Outfitters on clearance for $17. It is black, silky and has a ruffle halter neckline. I don't wear it often, but I have found that for the rare occasion it does add a little pizazz. I feel like you have to be picky about the occasion for which you wear a romper. St. John's sounds like the perfect place to me!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE rompers! I have several that are for wearing to bed as well as several for daily wear. My friends think i'm crazy cause they aren't into them but I know that once summer really gets in full gear i'll be stylist and cool.

ReplyDeleteI've been shopping around for the perfect one. I am tall so a lot of them look silly because they are stretched tight rather than being slouchy. Hopefully I'll find one before vacay.
ReplyDeleteHa ha we call them playsuits and yup, I totally love them! I got one from topshop last year and plan to get a few more this summer! As well as during the day, I think the more structured styles look amazing with heels and great accessories for a night out; and you're right, they're very easy to wear!!
