I am one of those people that dresses her dog up but my dog, unlike most, actually likes it! I don't do it much in the summer since I like to keep her cool but I love this little sailor dress I got her. For my own outfit, I've been defaulting to rompers when the weather gets hot and we're out walking the dogs. Such an easy outfit that keeps me cute and cool at the same time.

I had been on the hunt for a one shoulder romper and couldn't find one anywhere and then landed one this ebay store and bought this one in black and then couldn't resist this cutie polka dot one. The fabric of the one shoulder one is more of a jersey so it's a bit nicer as this one is a stiff cotton. But for $14.99, I can't complain.
I'm completely impressed with the quality of Target shoes as these are great! I've worn them a ton this summer already and they are comfortable to wear all day.
I have so many pairs of Marc by Marc Jacobs sunglasses. I used to obsessed with Chanel sunnies and have a ton but then I stopped wearing them because I kept on worrying about scratching them or leaving them at a restaurant! Now I'm all about brands like MbMJ glasses that are still great quality but aren't too expensive so if I scratch them in my bag, I don't feel too bad about replacing them.

So precious! I love Savvy's ensemble! I would dress my dogs up every day if I could! (One is ok with, one hates it.) And I would love to dress up for our evening walks but since both dogs are bigger, tennis shoes and clothing made for moving are a must. Because really it's more like an evening pull...

Such a cute combo with you in your romper and savvy in her sailor dress! Chloe has a sailor dress too and is almost dressed in something 100% of the time. I finally let her be naked this week because of a short heat wave. Everyone's used to her being "dressed" that it looks funny without clothes on. We sing "Naked Chloe" to her. hahah - anyways, great find on the romper!

Tiffany... you and Savvy are the sweetest pair. :) I love the romper on you. You pull it off so fabulously. I used to be one of those people that thought owners that dressed up their pets were "cruel"... but after getting Pooma I became one of those "cruel" people.. ha ha. But like Savvy, Pooma loves to get dressed up. When she sees her outfits, she comes running and even picks out what she wants to wear. It's been too hot lately, so we haven't dressed her up in a while.

ReplyDeleteTotally unrelated question - when you are checking a blazer for fit, do you have to button it and make sure it sits right? Or is it okay for girls to wear blazers unbuttoned and just make sure that the shoulders and arm length fits right? I can find blazers that fit my shoulders, arms, and torso okay but when I button it, it looks totally awkward because it doesn't sit right. You seem to be a blazer expert so I figured I'd ask. Thanks!! :)
