I rave about many blazers but this one is THE blazer of all blazers. LOVE it. If you are in the market for a new blazer, I can't recommend a better one. It's perfect in every way and even has a cool zipper detail on the back which allows you to make it more or less fitted.

I got a question from Emily who asks:
Hi Emily! In my preference, it is fine for girls to buy blazers based on the fit when it is unbuttoned. I wear most of my blazers unbuttoned most of the time and so I check that the fit is perfect as I would wear it normally. I totally hear ya about it getting awkward when it buttons. To me, it doesn't matter, as long as it looks good unbuttoned and that's how I plan on wearing it that way then I just want the shoulders and arm length to fit right. Most of the time the arm length never fits so I just roll up the sleeves to make it work.

Absolutely love the blazer! I can't afford the $395 pricetag on it, and it's not available in my size. Maybe that's for the best. I'm definitely on the lookout for an "inspired by" option.

ReplyDeleteI have always wanted to get a REAL blazer, but I'm only 16, and I don't see anyone else my age wearing it.
I was wondering if there should be an age limit on blazers? or would it look right for me to wear one?
here's my new blog (tips?):
