ReplyDeleteDon't miss Alexandria, VA when you go to Washington. It's such a quaint neighborhood with beautiful homes, shops, restaurants, and bars.

ReplyDeleteI realy hope you enjoy DC, the weather is beautiful right now (definitely not hot but at least it's not humid). I read all the recommendations left for you and I can't really add much to it. The Newseum is AMAZING (pulitzer prize photo section was my favorite) I took a ton of pics in there (on my flickr page)
Tysons Galleria is a great place to shop (high end) and Tysons Mall (kind of across the street) is an amazing mall.
Georgetown is just so beautiful, go to just walk around and get a Georgetown Cupcake (from Georgetown Cupcakes).
If you want to see a huge F21 (25,000 sq ft), there's the new one in DC in the Woodward and Lothrop Building (West Elm used to be there)
