Lookbook: Last days of summer

This lookbook was taken in August which you’ll be seeing a bunch from August/early September since I haven’t had a chance to post them yet.  Gotta love the last days of summer!

What I’m Wearing
Vest: Madewell
Tank: C&C California
Skirt: Wilifred (from Aritizia)
Shoes: Miu Miu
Nail polish: OPI Shorts Story and China Glaze Heli-Yum

I got this vest at Madewell when I was visiting NYC and it was before Seattle got their very own Madewell store which I absolutely adoooore.  I’ve already bought way too much stuff from there but this vest is one of the best buys as it was on super sale!

It’s a perfect topper for a little bodycon outfit like what I’m wearing.  Covers up all the parts that we’re a bit self conscious about unless you have a body like Marisa Miller for which I envy you 🙂
Trying to get hubs to take different angles for the lookbook shots but then he just ends up making me laugh!

Shop the Lookbook:

Testimony Los Angeles Ruffle Front Knit Vest – on sale, 50% off!

This Gabriella Rocha vest is adorable and on sale for $31!  But I lurve this Rebecca Taylor ruffle vest and it is on sale… hmmm I think I need to add it to my cart now.

Forever21 Metallic Bandage Skirt
Metallic? Love it!

Love this print on this LOFT skirt too.

Or you could forget about the separates and just get this dress.  It’s exactly what I’m wearing!

Free People Women’s Super Tank Mini Dress

Women’s Kelsi Dagger pewter leather ‘Sydney’ platform sandals

I didn’t think I’d get much use out of metallic sandals but I have worn them quite a bit this summer.  For $50, these sandals by Guess are fab.  Or I’d take these Jimmy Choo sandals.  Totally hot!

China Glaze Heli-yum and OPI Shorts Story
I have way too much nail polish and can’t manage to wear all of them so I’ve been painting my nails multiple colors lately to solve that problem!  I just alternated these two colors for a fun manicure but subtle enough to wear to the office too.

Love the way you wore that vest. I saw a similar one at H&M but it was more of neutral pale color.

Ooooh, rats. I stared at the vest when it was online forever (and ever) but never pulled the trigger- now you're totally making me regret that bad little decision. 🙁

    You look great!

Love how happy you look Tiffany in the last pic. You're laugh is so genuine! I just bought my first few purchases from Madewell [online] too. I'm so tempted to drive into L.A. for a look at the B&M store, but scared how much damage I'd do in a real shopping store. And girl, you have a hottie body so go on and rock that body-con outfit! 😉

I love your look! I can definitely relate to how you feel about bodycon dresses! I feel like my hips are large and in charge haha I always go for vests, longer hemlines, or empire waists… I need to step out of the box!

Great idea on showcasing the hair products! I love Tresemmes Dry Shampoo. Cheap and better than my Aveda one.
You inspired me to launch a blog. I think you are AMAZING and I love how you give me ideas on my style! I definitely need to to invest in a better camera!
