It’s the holiday season and the time for a lot of us to be thankful and reflect on the past year. I know a lot of other bloggers are doing special giveaways and such to thank their readers and I have been planning something for awhile to show you much I appreciate all of you reading and following along with my blog. So many fabulous things have happened this past year and considering that this is I am Style-ish’s 2nd year it’s very exciting! But without any of you, this little blog wouldn’t have had those opportunities so I wanted to thank you all in a proper way. Although I do plan on doing a few giveaways of my own, I think I will wait until the “giveaway season” has died down (I currently have 4 going on right now! see above.) and instead wanted to offer you something that is a bit close to my heart. As you might know, I’m a professional wedding photographer but I’ve never really sold any of my non-wedding photos although I’ve gotten many requests to open an etsy shop and such, I don’t think I’m ready for that yet. I do sell them on a one-off basis as well as selling them for charitable reasons however, I thought that for my gift to you guys I’d share some of my photos and hopefully add a little “style-ish” touch to your desk!
I mentioned a calendar idea on my facebook page just to see if a few of you would be interested and I got a good response so… I put together a CD calendar of my Girly Project pictures, along with a few others you may have seen on my blog and it is now available for you to download!
The calendar fits into an empty CD case perfectly (just take the top off and reverse it to make a stand) and prints two on a 8.5 x 11 sheet so you just have to cut them out on the guidelines provided on the page. You can print on regular paper or to fancy it up (and probably more preferable) use some cardstock or even photo paper to print it on! (I used gray cardstock for mine.) If you don’t have a color printer it’s really easy and should be fairly cheap to take it to a print shop like FedEx Office and have them print it as color copies.
Just a few notes concerning the free download: I have tagged a few pages of the calendar just so no one else can claim it as their own. This download is for personal use only and can not be sold or reproduced in any way. If you’d like to mention this on your blog/website, I would LOVE if you passed it along but please link to my blog and/or this blog post and not directly to the download link.
Just one favor for those of you that do download it to please leave a comment here, on my Facebook, email me or tweet me just to let me know that you’ve downloaded it and are enjoying it! If I get a good enough response I might start making more free downloads. Or if only 5 of you download it, that’s fine too! Just would like to know how many people are interested. 🙂
