Lookbook: Prada booties!

My new Prada loves that you saw in my last post.  I just adore these booties!  I also bought these in purple and they've been siting in the box.  I can't decide if I want to keep them but I can't bear to return them either!  They were on sale but they were still a bit expensive so I don't know if I need two since I also bought many other pairs of shoes.  Maybe I need to take a poll and you guys can help me decide if I should keep them.  hahaha!  I've so been into cozy sweaters lately, but how could you not with the crazy cold weather we've been having?  I haven't been to or bought anything from Forever 21 in a really long time because I go through phases of loving it or hating it (and I was in the hating it phase) but I finally went in one day when we were in the area (there's no F21 where I live- so I don't go to the store very often anyway).  And I knew I didn't want to spend a lot of time in there but the first thing I saw was this cozy sweater so I grabbed it, paid and left.  That's the best way for me to shop in store or else if I'm in there too long my eyes start going crazy (because of the mess and the sheer amount of stuff) and my ears start hurting (because of all the "teenage girl speak") so in and out is my game plan whenever I step foot in that store!

Oh and the "M" I'm holding was an ornament/gift tag that I made for everyone in my family for Christmas!  I bought all the supplies at Jo-Ann's and I spent 3 days glittering those dang letters!  But it was worth it, everyone loved them!  I'm silly though because I didn't buy a "T" for myself so I don't have one :( Oh well, I don't feel like glittering again!  And husband is glad that it's over because our whole place was covered in glitter for a week after that project!

Longline Cross Stitch Sweater Cardigan

I also just bought this this Spring & Clifton cardi which is super similar but I like it a bit better because it's not as big so it doesn't overwhelm my shape as much.

I really like the fit of Elizabeth and James button downs.  I've rarely found a button down that fit as well.  (you can see it better on me in this lookbook)  I also really like this plaid shirt, I love the color!  And I'm sure you all know how much I love Madewell so I'm eyeing this one that's on sale.

Vince Denim Corduroy Skinny Pants

I absolutely love my Madewell legging cords.  I had to buy them in black and navy blue because they are my new favorite pants EVAR.  But they are sold out online, maybe you can snag some at the store though!  Still there are a lot of cute skinny cords, like these that are on sale for $59. Or these ones are really similar and a great price as well!

Prada Studded Booties

I can't find mine online so they are probably all sold out.  More reason for me to keep the purple ones too right?  I always get questions about how I score size 5 shoes, especially on sale, and I have my SA at Nordstrom to thank for that.  I've been buying shoes from him for a few years now and every sale season he calls me right when he gets the list of what shoes will go on sale and then holds all the 5's for me until I come in and try them all on and let him know which ones I want.  He also calls around to find my size for shoes that I want but he doesn't have them at his store.  In one word he is AWESOME and is a size 5 + designer shoe whore's dream come true.  I wouldn't have half my shoes without his help (and my husband also says that I've probably paid for his kid's college tuition with all the commission he makes.  LOL!)  If you want more tips about scoring designer shoes on sale, read my tips on this post.  If you are looking for something a little less pricey, these are similar.  I like the pretty blue color too!

I get so many comments about this ring, it's pretty funny.  It's definitely a conversation starter!
