So, for those of you that are keeping up with me on the Nike Training Club app, it is now week 3 of using it and now things are getting a bit easier in the sense that I have memorized most of the moves in each routine so I don't have to stop and watch the instructional video as much. I feel like I've put enough time into this app, 4 times a week 30-45 minutes each time to now say that it is 100% AWESOME! No seriously, I have seen my body tone up in areas that are normally impossible to tone (hello, troublesome tummy area!) and I just feel great all the time! If you know me well, you'll know that I sleep very little. Really, 5 hours of sleep is a lot for me! And even though I'm used to little sleep, I would get groggy and grumpy every so often from the tiredness. These past 3 weeks, I haven't felt that at all AND I haven't missed a workout due to the fact that I was tired. I'm seriously in love with this app! I often finish off my workout with a run and the combination of both really gets me pumped up for the rest of the day.
