How are you guys doing withthe Nike Training Club app? If you're new to my series, I've been using the Nike Training App for the past month and I've been on the "Get Lean" program. I finally started the advanced level workouts, which to be honest I was a bit scared to considering that the intermediate level workouts are tough enough! The thing that I love about this app is that even though I've done almost every workout in the "Get Lean" program, I'm still not bored of it since every workout is so different and there is plenty of variety that I never feel like I'm doing the same workout over and over again.

One tip that I've found to make your gym going much easier - pack your bag ahead of time. Before, I'd run around trying to gather all the things that I needed to work out - hair band, ipod, headphones, lock, towel, water bottle, etc... Now, I keep all those things (plus extra hair bands, headbands and bobby pins - I have a lot of hair that gets in my way!) in my bag so that I'm never without them. One funny thing is that I always keep an extra pair of socks in my bag. Sometimes I'll know that I won't have time to go back home to change so I bring all my workout gear with me to change into at the gym but for some reason, socks are the easiest thing I forget to pack but one of the most essential things you need!
