Our Sundays are usually busy doing typical errands but to spend time doing even these mundane things with my husband is something that I look forward to. I recently took my camera along for a typical Sunday for us and thought I'd share!
We either go out for a full on brunch or just a coffee and pastry so this day we decided it would be Coffee and Pastry day so went over to Grand Central Bakery. Hubs got the seasonal danish (that you saw here when we got it last time) and I went with a cinnamon bun this time. (That's my DIY glitter clutch in the corner.)

Their flower section is always beautiful too. I love perusing their flowers and deciding which ones to bring home for the week.

So there you go, a very boring Sunday but still fun to me :) What are your Sunday's like? Do you do all your errands like I do or do you just veg on the couch? I do have to say though that our Sunday's are very dependent on the weather, if it's gross and rainy, the couch is the best place to be!

definitely not a boring sunday at all! hubby and I love love the weekends. We love taking the dogs out to the park and just being with each other. Thanks for sharing glimpses of your life, it's always fun to read and see photos.
ReplyDeleteLooks like you had a glorious Sunday!

Looks like you had a lovely Sunday. We usually so out for lunch and back at home doing absolutely nothing :)
ReplyDeleteLooks like a nice, relaxing weekend. It's so important to make the time for eachother and so hard to find a job that allows you to do that at all these days.
ReplyDeleteThat's so sweet of you two. XD
ReplyDeleteI LOVE Trader Joe's! If we could we'd also bring home a few bottles of wine (but alas the border guards wouldn't be impressed). I love their delicious cheeses - seriously, cheese is ridiculously expensive in Canada. Our Sundays usually consist of going out for lunch and me cooking a BIG meal for the evening. Sundays are our quiet days.
ReplyDeleteI also love the weekends because I get to spend time with the bf. He travels for work during the week and there's a time diference so we don't talk as much. Weekends are meant for lounging!

I am with you on the shopping at different stores for different things. I always go to TJs for their wine, frozen foods and cheeses and then somewhere else for my produce and meat. I love Whole Foods produce/meat, but QFC in U Vill has an awesome produce section - all of the produce always looks SO yummy!!
ReplyDeleteHi Tiff, My Sunday is just as boring, but not last weekend. We went to Seattle for the weekend. I must say, Seattle food was amazing! Sorry, I didn't expect that. Anyway, my friend has a great food blog that I would like to share with you. Check it out when you have time.
