Shoe Collection: Chanel Cap Toes

I’m a total classic pump kind of girl.  Even though you’d think they’d all be the same, they are all different to me in some way.  I fell in love with these the moment that I saw them and they are just perfect to me.

I got mine at Nordstrom and unfortunately they aren’t sold online (I don’t think any Chanel merchandise is except for cosmetics, vintage jewelry and vintage bags) but I was there this weekend and they still had them AND they now have them in several colors!  I love these two and they also had them in white with black cap toes.

They were definitely a splurge and I spent a full week contemplating if I should keep them or not but I was thoroughly convinced after one of my favorite enablers told me “You can wear them forever… You can be buried in them.”  I laughed but had to agree.  🙂

love them until i saw the logo on them which, in my mind is totally okay for a bag clasp but kinda tacky emblazoned on shoe cap. Love them otherwise– would love to see the black on white!

hahaha, I'm laughing because every time I post anything with a logo inevitably somebody calls it "tacky". In real life, you can barely see it since it's just a stitch outline. I would love them either way, with or without the logo, I'm just in love with the design. 🙂

The black and white is really pretty but it's REALLY white!

Oh wow! They are perfection, and so true those would be amazing till the end of times! Whenever I think of Coco Chanel, those are the shoes I picture her wearing, definitely worth the splurge, they are iconic!

Hi Tiffany, like you I was almost always drawn to pump shoes. Was because I have weird feet, they are bony and wide near the toes, and the arch is very high, making almost all shoes especially pump and heels painful (i'm even convinced that haivainas, converse and those legendary eddie tory burch flats are all trying to kill my feet). I've own a few pump loubies and that's as far as I can go because I can't spend hundreds of dollars anymore on a pair of shoes that feel like punishment to look pretty lol. Sorry about the blaberring, but just want to know, since you've own so many brands, what, in your opinion the most comfortable pump shoes is? I've tried on Chanel, Prada, Choo, YSL, Miumiu, Gucci. Some are okay, others not so much, just to afraid to commit!
