Shop the trend: Sheer Details

I was looking through my closet this weekend and noticed that I actually own a lot of sheer items without knowing it. I’ve got a ton of sheer blouses but also dresses with a bit of sheer detailing to them.  It’s a nice detail that’s not too noticeable but definitely changes the look of an item.

This is a favorite look from the summer.  The key for me is that the item is sheer but not too sheer.  Just enough to make it part of the outfit without being too noticeable.

Target has some really cute dresses with sheer details and they are all perfect for spring. The neon lace dress is so adorable!

If you want to work the sheer trend into a more casual look, this top and the camo jeans (which BTW are reversible, how cool!) is a great weekend look.I’m not normally a sneaker girl (except to the gym of course) but I’ve kinda fallen for these wedge sneakers. I might actually get a pair!

Love the blouse from your summer look – so feminine and pulled together πŸ™‚ I also love the dresses you pulled for work and play – it's the perfect amount of sheer material without being vulgar.

I only own one sheer top, but now I want to get some other piece of clothing like that. I think it's a cool trend !

I never know what to wear under sheer tops – I find camis and tanks to be too awkward and lacy bras, etc. to be too provocative for school – so I tend to stay away, but i LOVE the look!

I love the looks. I think an important staple to a wardrobe is a tight cami to go under sheer. Once you find that perfect piece you can pull off any sheer! Especially love the neon yellow dress. So perfect for spring!

Me too, I for some reason unintentional gravitate towards sheer tops. They're so easy to work with. I love dressing them up and then throw on a pair of jeans for a more casual look. What I love the most is that they are so easy to travel with.
