Sweaters from Winter to Spring

Sweaters are never a bad investment. You can layer them during the winter and wear them solo come spring. My go-to picks are also solid-colored for greater versatility.

Lately, I’ve been wearing these sweaters sent over by Romwe and marveling at the knit quality for the incredibly inexpensive price point. I have to admit that I wore the grey one twice last week!

They both hang perfectly on the body, although I’d recommend looking at the measurements carefully before ordering anything from the site, since a lot of the clothing is “one-size.”

I put together two looks, one for winter and one for spring, since it’s actually that awkward transition time right now. I love matching my coat and shoes in a subtle way, and the neutral shade of the grey sweater is perfect for making the purple tones pop.

For spring, this cropped sweater is a natural fit with high-waisted skinny jeans. The tapered fit also draws attention to the matching red flats. What can I say? I love bold reds! This sweater also has a slight boat neckline, which is a nice detail that makes it feel more appropriate for spring/summer.
