Project Summer Body Week Three

Getting into fitness and a healthy lifestyle means mornings are critical. Morning workouts are the best for a productive kickstart to the day. Just ask anyone at the gym at 6am.

That said, sometimes you don’t want to trek out to the gym before the sun’s even up. That’s when you pull out an energizing workout video so you can still squeeze in a morning endorphin rush. This one by Blogilates is also nice and quick so you can even use it as a warmup for a leisurely morning jog on the weekends.

Meal prep for lunches during the work week is a given, but they are also a smart move for breakfast too. These cheesy egg cups are not only adorable, they’re completely healthy and customizable. Throw in your favorite veggies for a portable nutrition-packed breakfast. You’ll need the protein to refuel your muscles after your workout!

Pilates does amazing things for the core, which is why I’m excited about crop tops. Lately, I’ve been obsessed with white for helping my tan pop, but it’s also such a light and breezy color that’s so Summer-ready. These cute options are on my wishlist, along with high-waisted shorts of course!

    Thanks for the intro to Blogilates – she's awesome! It's so much easier having the flexibility of working out at home on my own schedule. I may think about cancelling my gym membership!

      You definitely don't need a gym membership to workout! It's all about staying motivated and putting in even 15 minutes a day.
