Just because Project Summer Body is over doesn’t mean we’re not as committed to working out, eating right and inspiring ourselves with new clothes. Whether you take rock climb or hit the local gym, we all have our own workout necessities. Take a peek inside my gym bag.
Since I take barre class, sticky socks (1) are a priority. There’s nothing worse than being the girl who’s sliding around the floor because she forgot her sticky socks. Post workout munchies are real, and KIND bars (2) are my favorite healthy, to-go snack.
Concealer (3) for touching up and covering redness: for days when you have to workout mid-day. Huge sunglasses (4) and a good dry shampoo (5) work miracles for presentably carrying you through the rest of your day.
Preventing sweaty breakouts is always on my mind, so makeup remover wipes (6) are always in my bag. Always hydrating: before, during and after class with a cute water bottle (7). Forgetting hair ties (8) is the worst. Keep a huge pack in your bag.
