My favorite off the shoulder looks for under $30

I recently got this top from my latest favorite place to shop, Target!  No seriously.  I’m so busy these days that I don’t really make it to the mall but while I’m at Target picking up essentials I always check out their clothes.  They have really stepped it up lately, everything is so cute!  I’m obsessed and have worn this top a ton already (as seen on my instagram).

I’ve actually purchased a few of these tops, they are all so cute and everything here is $30 or under!  I know there’s a lot of concern about buying from these sites that ship from China but I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Shein.  The photos pretty much reflect what is sent.  Sizing wise I still say true to size.  I’m mostly an XS in their sizing but I size up if the item is more fitted.  They have quite a few items that are “one size” which does run big for me but for the most part works out if the style is a bit more casual/baggy anyways.
