Compared to the second trimester, the third trimester is definitely the hardest to dress for as your bump is seemingly growing by the minute. Tack on the fact that you are just feeling increasingly more uncomfortable, most days it’s a win to just get out of bed and put on clothes! For that reason, I’m a fan of easy dresses that will take you from casual to dressy easily.
Here’s a few chic (and easy!) third trimester outfit ideas. And since I will be heading into fall with my pregnancy I also wanted to share how to easily transition from summer to fall for the cooler temperatures.

I should also mention that all the dresses I’m wearing below are under $60, most are under $30! So it won’t break the bank and you won’t feel so bad if you only get to wear these pieces during your last few months of your pregnancy.
Chic and Easy Third Trimester Outfit Ideas
We’re in the middle of a very hot summer so all I can stand to wear right now are dresses, especially ones that are breathable and stretchy! Love off the shoulder maxi dresses as they are so flattering on. This dress comes in a pink as well which would actually make for a really cute gender reveal dress!

This maxi dress is $30 and comes in a quite a few colors and prints! It’s also a #1 best seller on Amazon which is a huge reason why I tried it out and now I understand why it is! It’s just so easy to wear, comfortable and flattering especially for a growing bump.

This ruffle dress is 40% off comes in 5 colors and in regular and petite sizing! It’s not a maternity dress so if you aren’t pregnant, stick with your size. If you are pregnant, size up! I find that drop waist dresses like this one is so flattering for a baby bump.

Another great dress that’s on sale (it’s 50% off!) and I love the twist front detail. This one is not maternity either but it’s great as the material is lightweight and stretchy. The A line silhouette is also a great style to look for when shopping for your third trimester as it’s so flattering and easy to wear over a bump.

Fall Pregnancy Fashion Outfit Ideas
A flattering bodycon dress, does that even exist? Well, yes, and I found it! This dress is hands down a favorite and I know I’ll be wearing it after my pregnancy as well! It’s non maternity, comes in a variety of colors and runs true to size. I went a size up to fit my bump.
This color is great for fall and with a lightweight cardigan, strappy block heels it’s the perfect outfit to transition to fall.

I topped the dress with this suede jacket that I got at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. It’s no longer on sale but you can still snag it, it’s available in 3 colors and the suede (which is faux by the way) is so soft! I can’t get enough of this coat and will be wearing it as much as I can in the fall.

Another under $30 dress from Amazon that has great reviews (over 700 reviews!) I also love that it has pockets. These jersey style maxi dresses are a fave for pregnancy as the material is very cool to the touch and stretches easily.

A great way to transition to fall is to just add a denim jacket! So easy and you can literally add it to any dress and it will still be a cute outfit.

This is the same dress as the burgundy one above. I told you it’s a fave, I had to get it in a few colors! I also even grabbed it in the long sleeve version. I’ve seen this dress everywhere on instagram and it’s so flattering on everyone, pregnant or not! 🙂
